The first element that shows the building is its entrance (indicated by two arrows) Circulation defines the entire structure, this construction has an abstract form but at the same time represents a cycle that will permit to notice the circulation pattern. It´s quite high so it will posses vertical circulation elements in abundance. The entry is eminent and and stands for the facade decor. Aparently it´ll be located in a centric place. It´s going to have a lot of people movement by its business function.
Spacious, facilitates rapid access, construction material gives clarity to the building, it has direct vehicular access and and pedestrian too (external stairs accented with trees)...The video also shows the intention to emphasize the biulding areas even more using landscaping (inside and outside).
